Terms, Conditions, Returns and Refund Policy


We want you to be happy with your purchase. However if you’re not happy please contact us so that we can work with you to help sort out any issues and find the best solution.

Important Detail
Because your order is custom printed – just for you, we cannot be responsible for refund or exchanges due to incorrect fit issues. We provide accurate sizing charts to assist you in making the right decision with this and these are available from every product page, from the “more” menu at the top navigation and from the footer menu of every page. Due to the nature of “custom printing” the buyer assumes responsibility for choosing the right size according to their buying situation. Click on the link to find the product details and discover your best fit.

Order Modifications or Cancellation
After you order has been placed you still have 24 hours to contact our customer service and request order modifications or even cancellation of the order. After 24 hours, your order will have moved into actual production and can no longer be modified or changed.

Damaged/Incorrect Order
At Amazing Fu, we do our best to ensure product quality and order accuracy, however, occasionally it may happen that you receive an item that is damaged or it has a poor quality printing or it is the wrong item. Fortunately, these instances are rare! However, if this is the case, even by accident, we guarantee a 100% satisfaction to all of our customers and we offer a free replacement order or a refund on the affected items. What we require from to action this is:
1. You order number
2. A photo that clearly shows the poor quality of print or the damaged area.

Simply contact us by email at customercare@amazingfu.com and one of our helpful staff will arrange a re-print or a refund for you.

Order not received
Many of our items on our website have DHL shipping or local US shipping. Each order is custom printed for your purpose. Once ordered, the item moves into a production queue to be printed and may remain in this queue for up to 6 or 7 days. After this time, the item leaves our factory and is immediately shipped to your nominated address.

If your item has not arrived within 21 days (for apparel products, shoes, jewelry or bags) of your order, please contact our customer service team so that we can help you to locate it through tracking. Note that items such as pillow covers, bedding and cloth bags can take slightly longer in production – due to the drying process involved in the printing process. Please contact our Customer Service team through our Contact Us page so that we can assist you in this. For items that are truly not received we offer a free replacement order or a full refund of your purchase.

Please note that according to this policy we are unable to assume responsibly for errors made by customers when providing their correct shipping details on their order(s). Nor are we able to cater for missed parcel deliveries at their location.

Since your product is custom printed just for you, we do not take returns. We will replace defective items or an incorrect order simply by receiving a photograph showing the specific problem with the product and by including the order number.

Please ensure that:
The product was purchased in the last 60 days
The product is unwashed, unworn and unused
The product itself or the printing is defective OR the final product is different to the one you ordered
